About Craig Quaglia, LMT, CMTPT
Massage and Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist
“Healthy Touch for a Pain Free Productive Life!”
Personal
Craig Quaglia is a licensed massage therapist who specializes in relieving pain. For 18 years he has treated clients with pain resulting from car accidents, athletics, repetitive work injuries, ongoing stress, and illnesses such as fibromyalgia. His specialties include migraine headaches, post-operative breast cancer pain, frozen shoulder, leg length imbalances, whiplash, low back pain, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
Craig discovers and relieves the muscle imbalances that cause pain, and teaches clients how to prevent pain from coming back. Craig treats pain at the source and provides patient education so that his clients experience real long-term improvement, not just short-term relief. Craig's motto is "Healthy Touch for a Pain Free Productive Life!"
Craig's initial training was at the Chicago School of Massage Therapy. He participates in ongoing training and education, both as a lifelong student and an instructor. After becoming a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist - one of only 9 practicing in Illinois - Craig further honed his skills at a clinic specializing in Fibromyalgia. He founded, published and edited TOUCH, Ink, a newsletter educating the public about massage therapy, and was an instructor at the Kishwaukee College Therapeutic Massage Program for five years.
